Senneville is a small municipality at the tip of the West Island on the shoreline of the pretty Lac des Deux Montagnes. Its 930 residents enjoy a secluded and rather luxurious lifestyle. The average price of a home here is $300,000.

Except for two research laboratories, Senneville is an exclusively residential community. Its territory includes part of the Morgan Arboretum and some land still zoned for agricultural use.
