Lepage, where she obtained all the available awards, she went on to manage Montreal Trust's Real Estate office for 11 years. There, she trained and developed some of the West Island’s best agents as well as representing the province of Quebec on the board of directors of CREA for 3 years, gaining invaluable outside knowledge. When Florence decided to go back into the Real Estate sales world, she chose the office with the highest running success: ReMax Royal Jordan Inc. She has since won sales trophies every year. Florence has been the #1 Team in her office for the last eight years.
