TIPS FOR FINDING THE PERFECT HOME

While searching the Newspapers and Internet is a great way to find that perfect home, be aware that homes often take a couple of days (sometimes more) before they make it on to these lists. Your best bet is to find a good agent that keeps close tabs on listings. Sometimes, being the first to know about a home being available can make a real difference. If your agent has a good idea of the type of home you're looking for, he/she can inform you quickly when what you're looking for comes up for sale.

Also, before you decide to look for a home, be prepared! There are times when you'll need to act quickly. Having finances, a home inspector and other details ready ahead of time allows you to be a step in front of other buyers.
