RELOCATION Whether you're relocating because of business, a new job or just want to make some changes in your life, relocating can be exciting or a nasty experience, especially when moving to a large city such as Montreal. Choosing and purchasing a new home in a new city can be very difficult since it is almost impossible to do a lot of research yourself before moving. It is best to have a 'local' present you with all the do's and dont's. I can take much of your stress away. Finding and purchasing your new home is a cooperative endeavour. As purchasers, you have to decide the parameters of your search.
The package includes a lot of information about us, local real estate, the area's communities, schools and other info that will be valuable to you. We have made many house hunting trips with purchasers from all over Canada, the US, Britain, the Middle East, Europe, and Mexico. That experience, over more than 30 years helping families relocate to Montreal will help me help you on your search. I will be available to show you however many homes necessary for you to find the right home for your family’s needs. You are my top priority during your stay in Montreal. I know how pressured you feel to make an important decision within what seems to be a very short time, while in strange surroundings. I hope to make that process as stress-free as possible. My advice is based on over 30 years in real estate, over 30 years of home ownership and over 50 years of living in West Island and Montréal. I know my city.
